Kitchener Silver City Showtimes Film (I): The forest

Well, as you've seen have been a few centuries out of date ... The blame for this lies with the studies, how I have won vital time, but hey, I'm free, with all approved and good bye to first of Biotechnology: P As I mentioned in my previous blog, we will try to comment on different things, both in everyday life (try to focus little on my life because of it) as things to be doing. This time, the shift review touches to a movie: Forest .

The first thing that surprised the film is, at least, the great translation of the title: The Village = The forest. Take that. Yes, at least, the story focus more on Bosqey daredevil who realizes that everyone in the village hidden secrets, is responsible for providing the Village Council members on developments parties, Noah, mentally retarded, often fights with other youths from the village, the and patient blind girl Ivy (BCYE Dallas Howard) is responsible for him and other necessities of the people ... Life is peaceful minimally until the invasions of those-who-must-not-name (the beings who reside in the forest) are starting to get too close to the people and the tension grows. During the wedding of a young man in town, people attack the city and all people must be evicted. Whatever the difficulties, Lucius and Ivy begins to be attracted, and will soon announce their marriage. A nte
the news, Noah, who QuieIvy re secretly stabs Lucius, leaving him badly injured. The only hope is that Ivy go to the city for drugs, but this has to pass through the forest of Covington.

key components of the argument you can spoil the film.

Ivy's father, board member, makes a revelation: there are no beings, only an invention of the Council so that no one was leaving the village, and as evidence shows a costume of one of beings, a cross between a jackal, wild pig and human. So, surely, through the forest to reach the other side of the city. There he reveals all: It is the end of the nineteenth century, but in the present. In fact, veterans of the place they moved into a nature reserve, after paying the government to not to make satellites passing over him, avoiding his problems in the city: murder, dead loved ones, corruption ... That group of people decided to leave everything behind and found a town using the old, keeping young people so that they completely deceived, for they were in the nineteenth century. And, in order not to venture beyond the village, created the stories of loved it. In the end, Ivy gets the medicine and returned safely to the people, without knowing the true reality, since she is blind. End of spoilers

Rating:

The movie is BAD with a vengeance. While we world as a scary story, is really more of a thriller that just makes you wonder "What will happen?" in a couple of occasions. The plot, although interesting starts, it will deflate gradually. Scenarios, beautiful but sad, contributes to the Victorian touch to the village, but are dull and suffocating. In fact, throughout the film spends a great thing, as it tries to stand on the issue of Those-who-must-not-name (dioxide, or that they were Voldemort), without much success the truth. The only thing that savesis the surprise ending, which is at least curious, and the soundtrack, that really gives the film more suspenseful than the script itself. The main theme, played with violins, is both beautiful and eerie, a real delight. However, I do not recommend the film unless you want to spend a little time. Well, that's all for today. Stay alert, there is always something to comment ^ _-!
